Does it ever become normal?

Had the boys from the Northern beaches for a few years in a row now, so when they jump on the boat at 11pm, we have a beer and then drive all night and wake up at perfect waves alone they are sorta of used to it, i say sorta because no matter how many times it happens you wake up see 3-4ft perfect glassy waves with no one around it never becomes normal.
